- Harbor Brew Fest has arrived: the Ballpark at Harbor Yard was bustling with beer drinkers and brewers.
- Got my “Irish” on with Steve O’Connor’s corned beef reuben melt.
- Peter Cowles, co-founder, CEO and “chief beer scientist” of Aspetuck Brew Lab, brought his best.
- Behold Bent Fork’s Dalliance Locker, a chocolate coconut cream stout. Drinkable dessert.
- Half Full showed the power of positive thinking serving topped-off tasting glasses.
- Black Hog Brewing Co. poured their Rosemary Dunkelwiezen and the Easy Rye’Da rye IPA.
- Overshores Brewing’s Christian Amport showed dedication to bottle-conditioned, Belgian-style ales.
- Thimble Island Brewing Company’s Chris Aceto poured a perfect coffee stout.
- Jack’s Abbey was on the scene with lagers ranging from a classic Oktoberfest to the Smoke & Dagger Rauchbier (that tasted like bacon!)
- Two Roads tempted attendees to the side of the field less travelled for their tasty brews.
- View from the top: food trucks were a savior as the kegs began kicking and the festival wound down.
- Spiked Seltzer! These guys were sizzling with savviness (and a little sass).
- The VIP tent boasted Belgian bottles and other seductive selections.
- This guy pouring some bottles was NOT having it. Text much?
- A beacon from below: the Lights On American Pale Ale from Treehouse Brewing became an instant favorite.
- Stairway to heaven.
- I’ve never stood on a real base before.
- Fire truck or food truck?
- Look closer: this isn’t just a local band. This is a local band with a child playing their keyboard–REALLY well. Who was that kid?!
- Some festival gnomes trotting off into the sunny distance.
- Grinning through the cold with some Captain Lawrence and good friends, Chuck and Chelsey.
